MELO
Behavioural intelligence for clinical teams
Melo connects behavioural observations over time, revealing the patterns and context that are difficult to see from individual records alone.
Behavioural data
Make behavioural data easier to use
Behavioural assessments are often recorded across different shifts, staff and systems. Melo brings those observations together over time, so clinicians can review patterns, context and change without piecing the picture together manually.

How behavioural intelligence takes shape
Assess
Structured observations are recorded at the point of care using the instruments the service already uses, with the behaviour, severity and surrounding context captured together.
Formulate
Each observation becomes part of a wider record. Over time, clinicians can see patterns in frequency, severity and context that are difficult to identify from individual forms alone.
Intervene
Agreed strategies and Care Tips are recorded alongside the patient’s behavioural history, so the wider team can see what has been tried and what is currently in place.
Evaluate
Teams can return to the same record to review change over time, with evidence available at patient, ward and organisation level for clinical reviews and wider service decisions.
